Legal Student – Group Legal (Part-time)

The position is based in Nordhavn, Copenhagen, and offers approximately 20 hours per week with flexibility to support your studies.

Key responsibilities

  • Update and maintain our entity management system.
  • Prepare standardised corporate materials and maintain corporate files (board materials, powers of attorney, NDAs).
  • Liaise with regional stakeholders, external counsel and registered agents on corporate matters.
  • Assist with drafting templates and commercial contracts for charters and procurement.
  • Support arbitration and litigation matters.
  • Contribute to compliance initiatives on topics such as data privacy (GDPR), anti-bribery and corruption, and competition law.

About you

You are proactive, detail-oriented and eager to learn. You thrive in a structured environment and enjoy collaborating in a small, dedicated team.

What we specifically are looking for:

  • Must hold a Danish visa and work permit.
  • Currently in your 3rd year (or later) of higher legal education (cand.jur or cand.merc.jur) with basic knowledge of corporate and company law.
  • Strong written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Good organisational skills and a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach.
