Department Overview
Group Compliance Supervisory Department is in charge of promoting internal controls for the continued success of Rakuten Group. Strategic Business Compliance Support Department is in charge of building a compliance structure tailored to a fast-changing landscape of the strategic businesses for Rakuten Group. You will have opportunities to contribute and realize your development, as the company is growing globally very rapidly.
We are looking for colleagues with passion, drive, and commitment who would like to join us to co-create an agile, effective compliance program across Rakuten Mobile and Rakuten Symphony, both critical to Rakuten Group’s growth.
Job Duties
- Plan and run compliance programs
- Plan and execute compliance training
- Participate in projects for developing compliance systems, etc.
-Plan and operate risk and compliance committee
(Assignments will be determined based on the experience and aptitude of the applicant)
Mandatory Qualifications
- Compliance experience (5+ years), as manager for more than 3 years in Mobile Carrier, Software Developer or System Integrator
- About 3+ years of experience in compliance
- Project management experience (Structuring, Management, ability to drive a project while coordinating with multiple stakeholders)
- Problem-solving skills; Research, analyze, plan, and make presentations
- Communication skills; Propose and negotiate with Board of Directors and other stakeholders (experience in duties including establishing group policies, compliance awareness activities, and compliance monitoring)
- Business-fluent in Japanese and English
