Applications will be accepted until 04/03/2026.The Salesforce Legal Operations Shared Services team is a vital part of our Legal Operations department, focused on enhancing operational efficiency within Salesforce Legal. We manage a high volume of cases, leveraging process and technology to support our Legal and Corporate Affairs teams.
As a Legal Operations Senior Analyst, you will drive operational excellence through intelligent automation, data-driven insights, and continuous process optimization. You will leverage technology and analytics to transform how our practice areas operate, identifying opportunities to automate repetitive work, eliminate inefficiencies, and scale our services. Your role will focus on building sustainable, automated solutions that deliver measurable improvements in speed, quality, and customer satisfaction. You will work out of the Denver office on a hybrid schedule, 3 days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute diverse daily operational tasks across the team's service varied portfolio, ensuring consistent delivery and quality standards
Be accountable for a subset of legal processes; start with an understanding of the business objectives that drive the work
Design, build, and maintain reports and dashboards that deliver real-time visibility into operational performance, quality metrics, and delivery outcomes.
Analyze data trends to uncover bottlenecks and identify automation opportunities
Implement process automation improvements that put the user experience first
Partner with business stakeholders, build trust in strategic recommendations, and pivot to change together
Establish and conduct regular quality audits to ensure compliance, accuracy, and optimal performance
Create process documentation, business requirement documents (BRDs), and functional specifications
Conduct gap analysis to assess current capabilities against business objectives and recommend solutions to close identified gaps
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of five years of experience in operations and/or technology services roles, along with experience in any legal field.
Demonstrated track record of implementing automation solutions that deliver measurable efficiency gains
Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to work with data, identify patterns, and drive decisions based on insights
Ability to perform well under pressure, work independently, and adapt quickly to changing business needs
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on data integrity, process optimization, and continuous learning
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, outstanding time management, and communication skills
Aptitude for shifting between multiple work types and changing priorities.
High level of professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive or confidential information
Outstanding oral and written communication skills; able to communicate complex technical concepts and data insights effectively
Proficient in Salesforce (Sales Cloud and Service Cloud), Microsoft Office, and/or Google Suite
Degree or equivalent relevant experience. Experience will be evaluated based on the Values & Behaviors for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced proficiency in data analytics tools such as Salesforce Reports and Dashboards, Einstein Analytics, Tableau, or similar platforms
Experience building automated workflows using tools like Flow Builder, Process Builder, or similar automation platforms
Proven track record of analyzing, visualizing, and acting on raw data to drive measurable business outcomes
Experience in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) and/or project management
Familiarity with Apttus, Ironclad, or similar Contract Lifecycle Management tools
Experience with data modeling, SQL, or other data tools
Ability to navigate and function effectively through ambiguity
A sense of humor and ability to have fun is a plus!
