ABOUT THE ROLE


Are you interested in developing your skills as a Legal Operations/Paralegal, supporting Fever’s Legal, GRC and Policy Team?

We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Operations / Paralegal to support our Legal, GRC & Policy team 🌍.

This entry-level position offers hands-on experience across multiple aspects of legal operations, including contract management, corporate administration, and process optimisation. It’s an excellent opportunity to grow within a global, tech-driven company.

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Support day-to-day legal operations and administrative activities.
  • Assist in entity and corporate management tasks.
  • Maintain and optimise contract and document management processes.
  • Use legal tech tools to enhance efficiency and collaboration.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support business operations.
  • Contribute to documentation, reporting, and process improvements.

 

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • 1–3 years of experience working in a professional environment (we encourage applicants from all walks of life!).
  • Being fluent in English and at least one other language: Swedish, Arabic, Greek, Turkish or Mandarin Chinese are a plus!
  • Highly organised, communicative, and tech-savvy (or willing to learn about legal tech solutions).
  • Keen interest in legal tech and corporate management.
  • Be good at creative problem-solving and thinking outside of the box.
  • Be familiar with Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite tools, experience with AI software, Jira, Salesforce and e-signature software is a plus.
