We are seeking a talented individual to join our Legal and Compliance team. This role will be based in Beijing. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
We will count on you to:
- Provide basic administrative support to in-house attorneys, including calendar management and travel coordination.
- Organize and maintain all files related to litigation and administrative matters to ensure easy access and proper documentation.
- Assist in maintaining archives of knowledge management resources within the assigned geography, country, or specialty area.
- Support project management activities on assigned legal matters, helping to track progress and coordinate tasks within the designated area.
- Collaborate with legal teams to ensure smooth administrative operations and timely completion of tasks.
What you need to have:
- Previous experience in legal administrative support or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in calendar management and travel arrangements.
- Familiarity with legal terminology and document management is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
