Meet the team:
The Global Legal Operations team is seeking a Project Specialist to support project management initiatives and drive operational excellence. In this role, you will administer and maintain Legal’s contract management platform, manage user access, respond to requests and inquiries, and provide general project support. Join our high-performing, collaborative team where no two days are the same! We take pride in delivering innovative operational support to Dexcom’s Global Legal Department and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Where you come in:
- You will serve as the go-to resource for Ironclad support, handling document searches and generating insightful reports to empower decision-making.
- You will assist with maintenance and optimization of the Ironclad repository, ensuring accuracy, organization, and permissions.
- You will review and approve Ironclad access requests, monitor usage, remove inactive users as needed and communicate changes to users accordingly.
- You will participate in weekly stand-up calls to review internal Ironclad projects, provide status updates and flag issues proactively.
- You work closely with program and project managers to coordinate specific and detailed activities related to one or more projects.
- You collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on ongoing and new Legal Operations projects, fostering strong communication and teamwork.
- You oversee and update project dashboards, trackers, and other project management tools to monitor progress and deadlines.
- You track project deliverables, timelines, and dependencies, escalating risks or issues as needed.
- You assist with process improvement initiatives within the Legal Operations function, identifying opportunities for increased efficiency and effectiveness.

- You use effective communication skills, particularly when interacting with cross-functional teams.

- Typically requires a minimum of 4-6 years of related experience and High School diploma/certificate or equivalent.

Monthly base salary for this position is from €2,096.67 to €2,590.00 gross. Final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
