The MIHA Administration Department is responsible for corporate back-office functions such as accounting and legal affairs, building a framework to ensure the business develops safely and with speed.

Position Details
The Sales Planning Department promotes the following operations to support business activities and management:
Key Responsibilities
- Review of contracts with business partners (consignment/subcontracting, sales/procurement, confidentiality, and others)
- Contract negotiation
- Creation and revision of contract templates
- Review of advertising displays
- Response to various other legal consultations
- Strengthening information security systems
- Strengthening compliance systems
- Support for creating manuals and regulations
- Coordination with external contractors (e.g., lawyers)
- In-house training
Specific Project Examples
- Initiatives aimed at resolving legal risks associated with the sale of new advertising products
- Consideration for the introduction of AI tools for contract review, etc.

Mandatory Qualifications:
- 3+ years of corporate legal experience
