About The Opportunity
Legal Intern – Corporate & Shareholder Support
Position Summary
The Legal Intern will support the Corporate Legal team with a combination of project-based legal work, shareholder relations support, and day-to-day legal operations. This role offers hands-on exposure to in-house legal practice and corporate governance while supporting the Legal department during a period of increased workload and open positions.
The intern will work closely with attorneys and shareholder relations partners on meaningful, real-world assignments.
Key Responsibilities
• Support legal projects through research, document review, and process documentation
• Assist with shareholder relations activities, including preparing materials, organizing communications, and maintaining records
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Legal team during peak workload periods
• Assist with contract, policy, and compliance reviews under attorney supervision
• Help coordinate information and materials across Legal, Shareholder Relations, and other corporate teams
• Support special projects and ad hoc assignments as directed by the General Counsel or Legal team
Qualifications
• Currently pursuing a degree in Law, Legal Studies, Business, Finance, Political Science, or a related field (pre-law or law students encouraged)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a professional, fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
