About the Role:

The Legal Engineer – Strategic Enablement is a client-facing role focused on driving adoption of LexisNexis’ AI-powered and workflow solutions, including Lexis+ AI and Protégé.

Combining legal expertise with technology, you will work closely with law firms and corporate legal teams to design workflows, support onboarding, and ensure long-term adoption and value.

 

Responsibilities:

Pre‑Sales

  • Build trusted, consultative relationships with legal teams in law firms and corporate organisations.

  • Contribute to thought leadership discussions around AI‑enabled legal workflows and evolving legal practices.

  • Support the sales process by providing practitioner‑led insight into legal use cases, workflows, and customer needs.

  • Align solutions to client workflows and legal processes, supporting outcome‑based selling.

  • Develop a strong understanding of customer internal processes and ways of working.

  • Partner with Sales and Product teams on strategic accounts, as required.

Migration & Transition

  • Support customers through migration journeys, ensuring continuity and adoption of workflow solutions.

  • Contribute to migration planning and execution, with a focus on a smooth and consistent customer experience.

  • Collaborate with internal subject‑matter experts, including workflow and migration teams, to support successful transitions.

Post‑Sales Enablement

  • Deliver high‑touch onboarding and training for priority customers.

  • Build and configure customer‑specific workflows using Protégé and related tools.

  • Provide hands‑on, one‑to‑one enablement aligned to real legal use cases.

  • Support change management and early‑stage adoption to establish strong foundations for long‑term usage.

Support & Retention

  • Drive outcomes related to usage, retention, and customer satisfaction.

  • Support ongoing product usage and integration into day‑to‑day legal workflows.

  • Work closely with Product Management to provide structured feedback and contribute to future product improvements.

  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Support teams to ensure a consistent and high‑quality customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Qualified lawyer with approximately 3–5 years of experience in a law firm environment.

  • Experience in corporate and/or commercial law drafting.

  • Strong understanding of legal workflows and processes.

  • Ability to translate legal requirements into practical, technology‑enabled solutions.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience in client‑facing roles.

  • Demonstrated interest in legal technology, innovation, and AI‑enabled solutions.

  • Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
