As a Legal Editor, you'll be a pivotal force behind the digital content strategy for our Arbitration portfolio. Leveraging your expertise, you'll manage content projects, optimize user engagement through analytics, act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for AI propositions and ensure seamless collaboration among team members. Your work will directly impact our brand's online presence and user experience.

Responsibilities:

Content Enrichment

  • Drive the functionality of our tools and services through the enrichment of content.

  • Analyze content, including case law, to extract relevant metadata.

  • Develop rules for content enrichment.

  • Build and maintain dictionaries, including taxonomies, with controlled values.

  • Instruct vendors and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) on implementing enrichment rules and coordinate their work to meet agreed quality standards.

  • Normalize data to ensure consistency and accuracy.

Content Creation

  • Stay informed about legal developments in international arbitration and update colleagues on major trends.

  • Update content within international arbitration according to editorial policy.

  • Draft and edit content for social media and other news services.

Generative AI (GenAI)

  • Lead GenAI activities from a content perspective.

  • Participate in the validation of GenAI Q&As, quality checks, and prompt engineering.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with other departments, especially on product development and content processing/enrichment.

  • Advise other departments on practice area-specific workflows and practices to improve and develop new products and functionalities that meet customer demands.

  • Manage projects and partners that are supporting with content enrichment and creation

Administration and Reporting

  • Ensure all administrative systems are accurately maintained.

  • Provide monthly reports to the manager/leadership.

Requirements:

Education & Experience

  • Law Degree or University Degree in a relevant practice area.

  • Practical experience in the relevant practice area.

  • Advanced knowledge of working with computers and working knowledge of AI.

  • Fluent in English; knowledge of at least two other foreign languages is preferred.

  • Familiarity with CMS platforms is beneficial for managing and updating legal content efficiently.

  • Prior experience in legal publishing or a similar industry.
