Support UK and EMEA subsidiary formation, rationalisation and management.
Stay abreast of relevant laws, regulations and industry trends to ensure compliance.

Track record of handling multi-jurisdictional transactions and/or managing non-UK external legal counsel.
Familiarity with the requirements of reorganisations, legal entity rationalisation and intragroup financing.
Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills, combined with a proactive and self-driven approach.
