As a Product Counsel, you’ll partner with teams across Bolt to provide clear, practical legal guidance that enables compliant, scalable product growth and innovation across markets.

- <point>Draft, review, and maintain user terms, product documentation, and commercial agreements aligned with Bolt’s risk standards.</point>
- <point>Support market expansion by identifying regulatory requirements and coordinating cross-functional inputs.</point>
- <point>Oversee compliance with consumer, data protection, and platform regulations, escalating complex issues as needed.</point>
- <point>Enhance legal operations through scalable tools, automation, and strong collaboration across team.</point>

- <point>You bring a true business partner mindset, turning legal complexity into clear, actionable advice.</point>

- <point>You’re organised, proactive, and continuously seeking to learn and grow as a legal professional.</point>
