What We Are Seeking
We are looking for high‑quality legal talent to support Bizagi’s continued growth. As a Legal Counsel, you will support legal, contractual, corporate, privacy, and legal operations matters, with a strong focus on commercial enablement and operational efficiency in a multinational environment.
This role is hands‑on and execution‑oriented. You will work closely with legal counsels across regions and senior legal leadership, independently handling standard matters and escalating non‑standard or higher‑risk issues in line with guidance from the Director, Global Legal Affairs & Corporate Secretary.
Key Tasks & Accountabilities
NDA & Standard Contract Management
- Own and manage NDAs end‑to‑end, including drafting, review, negotiation, and execution.
- Independently handle standard templates and positions; escalate complex or non‑standard issues to senior legal leadership.
Partner & Supplier Legal Support
- Support partner‑related legal work, including reseller, channel, and alliance agreements.
- Assist with supplier agreements and partner‑facing commercial due diligence, ensuring timely, practical, and business‑aligned outcomes across regions.
Privacy & Data Protection Support
- Assist with data protection and privacy matters, including internal assessments, documentation, and responses to recurring questions.
- Support senior counsel on privacy and personal data topics relevant to commercial contracts and operations.
Commercial & Cloud Contract Support
- Support Legal Counsel in LATAM, EMEA, and NORAM on the review and administration of cloud services and professional services agreements.
- Respond to recurring commercial legal questions to enable efficient deal execution while ensuring compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations.
Audit, Corporate & Information Requests
- Coordinate internal information gathering and responses to audit and legal information requests, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Support corporate matters, including basic corporate documentation and governance activities, under supervision.
Skills - Core Focus Areas (Primary):
- Commercial Contracting & NDAs: Strong ability to draft, review, and negotiate NDAs and standard commercial agreements using approved templates and playbooks, with sound judgment on escalation.
- Privacy & Data Protection Awareness: Solid understanding of personal data protection principles and ability to support privacy related assessments and contract discussions under senior guidance.
- Partner & Supplier Legal Support: Practical, business-oriented capability to support partner and supplier legal processes, including due diligence and contract coordination in a multinational environment.
- Commercial & Cloud Contract Exposure: Experience supporting cloud services and professional services agreements and collaborating with regional legal teams across jurisdictions.

- International & Multinational Environment: Comfortable working across regions, time zones, and cultures, supporting legal counsels in LATAM, EMEA, and NORAM.

Academic background
- Bachelor’s degree in laws
Experience
- +3 years of experience in a legal, contracts, or commercial support role, preferably in a multinational, technology, SaaS, or services‑oriented company.
- Practical experience supporting commercial legal work, such as NDAs, standard customer or partner agreements, and contract administration, under the supervision of more senior legal professionals.
- Exposure to partner‑related legal processes (e.g., resellers, alliances, or commercial due diligence) is desirable but not mandatory.
- Experience handling multiple concurrent legal requests in a fast‑paced environment, with an understanding of escalation criteria for non‑standard or higher‑risk matters.
- Familiarity with legal operations tools and processes, such as contract repositories, shared legal mailboxes, CLM, or BPM systems, is a plus.
- Understanding in Commercial Law
- Ability to write and prepare texts in Spanish and English
- Advanced listening, verbal, and written communication skills
