Our Legal team is a strategic partner at the heart of the business; focused on enabling growth, innovation, and operational excellence while responsibly managing and mitigating risk. We work cross-functionally across the organization, including Trust & Safety, Finance, Marketing, Sales, People, Product, Engineering, and Operations, to build a trusted, compliant, and scalable marketplace. As Legal Compliance Manager, you will lead and mature Thumbtack’s privacy compliance program while supporting the development and execution of our AI compliance efforts during a period of rapid product evolution and increased AI adoption. This role sits within the Legal team and focuses on designing, operationalizing, and scaling compliance processes that align with our business model and evolving regulatory landscape. You will partner closely with Legal, Product, Engineering, and Operations to ensure compliance requirements are embedded into day-to-day operations and product development workflows. Your work will ensure our compliance program is measurable, durable, and built to scale alongside the business.
