We are looking for a hybrid profile to reinforce the legal/regulatory assistants’ team and compliance department. As a Legal Compliance and Administration assistant you will be in charge of:
Provide administrative support to managers: Meeting planning, calendars, travel arrangements...
Assist the compliance officer/handling AML KYC
Provide Legal/regulatory support to the accounting team: handling of corporate documents, mandates, reports & filings, RCS / RBE extract requests & official certificates
Liaise with local regulatory (CAA) regarding governance of the client companies
Reception of clients and visitors within our offices
Switchboard management
Mail, courier & service provider coordination
Who are we looking for:
Bilingual in English and French, additional language would be a plus
Familiar with word and excel
1 or 2 years experience in administration
Strong organisation, accuracy & reliability
Strong exposure to corporate administration (RCS & RBE filings, notarisation, legalisation, Docusign, bank account openings)
Excellent administrative and organisational skills
Used to liaising with multiple internal and external stakeholders
