The Change Management Lead (Associate Director) is responsible for delivering enterprise‑level change management for Global Legal, Ethics & Compliance. The role ensures major initiatives are successfully adopted by leading overall change strategy, managing communications, engaging stakeholders, and coordinating training efforts.
Lead change management work across the organization including communications, training, stakeholder engagement, and adoption planning.
Accountable for driving adoption and sustained use of new processes, technologies, and ways of working across the Function
Develop and maintain the Function’s enterprise change management standards.
Lead change strategy for major initiatives including technology, process, and operating model changes.
Define the change vision, objectives, and success measures for the Function’s key initiatives (e.g., CLM rollout, matter management, eBilling, knowledge management, playbooks, intake, case/workflow management, or reporting enhancements).
Build an integrated change roadmap across multiple initiatives to avoid fatigue and conflicting messages across the Function.
Establish the case for change (risk reduction, cycle-time, cost control, consistency, better stakeholder experience).
Manage Function-wide communications channels including town halls, newsletters, and leadership messaging.
Build stakeholder alignment and provide coaching to senior Function leaders.
Monitor adoption metrics, feedback, and sentiment to ensure successful reinforcement across the Function.
Partner with L&D to integrate training and with PMO to embed adoption into delivery plans for Function programs.
Create and manage communication programs—newsletters, town halls, annual reports, GC leadership communications, team all‑hands.
Embed a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
8+ years leading change in a corporate function for process, technology or organizational transformations and initiatives.
Hands-on experience leading change for systems like CLM, case/workflow/risk management, AI technologies, eBilling, eDiscovery, knowledge management, and intake portals (or comparable platforms used to support the Function).
Ability to influence senior functional leaders without direct authority.
Strong stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and facilitation skills.
Comfort handling resistance in high-pressure, high-autonomy cultures.
Executive-ready writing (clear, precise, low-jargon) and live presentation skills
Defines adoption KPIs and ties them to outcomes (cycle time, compliance, cost, data quality)
Uses system analytics (usage data), surveys, and qualitative feedback loops
Strong project/program management fundamentals (planning, RAID logs, dependency tracking)
Able to run multiple workstreams and coordinate with PMs, project owners, or DD&T partners

$154,400.00 - $242,550.00
The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/ or long-term incentives. U.S. based employees may be eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits, among others.
