What We Do

Provides high-level administrative support to attorneys, including drafting and preparing letters, pleadings, legal documents, and court filings related to recovery of company losses. Ensures compliance with applicable local, state, and federal court rules and regulations; conducts legal research; organizes and compiles data; and may interact directly with consumers and attorneys to explain documents or gather and provide information.

What You'll Do:

  • Provides administrative support to an attorney and/or legal team
  • Tracks recoveries to ensure payments received and/or follow up with debtors when delinquent
  • Performs administrative and fact-finding duties
  • Reviews documents for basic information
  • Prepares basic internal memoranda and routine correspondence
  • Files documents, organizes, and maintains files, prepares indices with supervision
  • Establishes and updates internal client lists
  • Work is reviewed and supervised by senior paralegals and attorneys

What You'll Bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
  • 2–4 years of related professional experience required
  • Proficient in PC and standard business applications
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities

Pay Range: $23.37 - $31.14 Hourly

 

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
