[What you will be working on]
- Design & Deliver Engaging Learning Experiences:
Develop curriculum content and learning units for both synchronous and asynchronous lessons to support both Pre-Employment Training (PET) and Continuing Education & Training (CET) programmes. Conduct e-lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions through face-to-face and interactive e-learning modes in areas such as:- Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Retail Data Analytics
- Omnicommerce & Social Commerce
- Livestreaming
- E-Commerce & Category Management
- Retail Buying & Sustainability
- Visual Merchandising
- Retail Events
- Lead Industry Projects & Consultancy:
Manage projects in e-commerce, social media marketing & branding, omnicommerce, buying & category management. Guide learners in using technical tools for livestreaming and e-commerce website development. Provide consultancy services in e-commerce, social commerce, digital marketing, and branding for industry partners. - Plan & Execute Retail Events:
Organise and coordinate events such as retail industry seminars, career fairs, overseas/local study trips, retail business challenges, retail sales events, and alumni/student activities. - Support Retail Platforms & Training:
Assist in development, marketing, operations, and logistics for online and offline retail platforms, including the Business Centre and Teaching Enterprise Project (TEP). - Mentor & Guide Learners:
Foster holistic development, provide pastoral care and career guidance, and coach learners during internships.
[What we are looking for]
- Relevant degree in Business, Business Analytics, E-Commerce Management, and/or Digital Marketing.
- Minimum 3 years in Social Commerce, Retail Analytics, Digital Social Media Marketing, E-Commerce, Retail Buying & Category Management.
- Ability to multi-task, meet tight deadlines, and manage overseas learning programmes (including travel to ASEAN countries with students for immersion trips).
- Ability to overcome language barriers and guide learners to develop digital contents for local and overseas markets through social media platforms, such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Xiahongshu.
- Hands-on experience in applied training environments and willingness to coach learners in the field
- Strong project management, digital software and communication skills
