About the Position:
The Flinders Factory of the Future is a transdisciplinary research and innovation hub designed to accelerate industry growth through practical, evidence-based solutions. Bringing together expertise across business, public policy, engineering, and science, the Factory partners directly with industry to solve real-world challenges and build capability for the future workforce.
We are now seeking a forward-thinking academic to join this exciting initiative as a Lecturer, contributing to teaching and research in one of the following areas:
The Lecturer is responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, undertaking impactful research, supervising students, and contributing to industry engagement within advanced manufacturing disciplines.
About You
You will bring a strong foundation in both research and teaching within a tertiary context. You are an emerging or established scholar with a growing publication record, experience in curriculum delivery and development, and a commitment to inclusive, cross-cultural education.
