About the Role:
Support leasing transactions for office and industrial properties, from prospecting to deal closure.
Engage tenants, landlords, and developers through canvassing, meetings, and site inspections.
Prepare proposals, leasing decks, financial summaries, and transaction documentation.
Conduct market research on rental trends, demand, and upcoming supply across asset classes.
Maintain client pipelines, CRM updates, and transaction tracking for reporting accuracy.
Collaborate with regional and cross-service teams to deliver integrated leasing solutions.
Stay informed on market movements and competitor activity to support advisory discussions.
About You:
Having 1–5+ years’ experience in office, industrial, or commercial leasing / business development. Fresh graduates are welcomed but preferably with internship experiences in developers or related field.
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building capabilities.
Commercially driven, proactive, and comfortable with outreach and client-facing roles.
Interest and openness to expanding exposure across multiple real estate asset classes
Organized and able to manage multiple leads and follow-ups simultaneously
Good command of English; Other regional languages are a plus (Mandarin, Korean, Japanese, etc.)
