No prior experience in novated leasing? No problem — we provide a comprehensive 3-week training program to set you up for success.

What is novated leasing?

A novated lease is a salary packaging solution that allows employees to finance a vehicle using pre-tax income, potentially reducing their taxable income while bundling vehicle costs into one convenient payment.

Here’s how you will make a difference in this role… 

This is a phone-based sales role where you’ll guide customers through the end-to-end novated leasing process. You’ll work with warm, allocated leads and use a fully integrated CRM system to manage your pipeline and achieve monthly targets. You’ll be helping customers understand and access salary packaging benefits, including novated leasing — a tax-effective way to finance and run a vehicle through their employer.

• Engaging with warm leads and convert opportunities into sales
• Managing your own pipeline and customer portfolio
• Educating customers on salary packaging and novated leasing options
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
• Delivering a high-quality customer experience

To be considered for this role you will have: 

• Confident communicator with a strong phone presence

• Motivated by targets, incentives, and achieving results
• Well-organised with strong time management skills
• Eager to learn and develop in a sales environment
• Previous sales and/or customer service experience
• Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn and navigate new systems and databases
