About the Role:
Provide administrative and database support to the Leasing team, ensuring smooth coordination of leasing activities and documentation.
Prepare and manage leasing documents including proposals, term sheets, contracts, and lease-related paperwork using standardized templates.
Maintain and update internal databases, CRM systems, and lease tracking records to ensure accurate reporting and documentation.
Support brokers with billing, invoicing, contract administration, and documentation required throughout the leasing transaction process.
Coordinate with internal teams (finance, legal, and property management) to ensure compliance, documentation accuracy, and timely processing of lease-related activities.
About You:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.
Ideally having 1–2 years of experience in administrative, coordination, or back-office roles within a professional services or corporate environment, however fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; ability to manage data and documentation accurately.
Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a structured administrative role supporting multiple stakeholders.
Fluent in Vietnamese and English, with the ability to communicate in a professional business environment.
