We’re on the lookout for a detail-oriented Lease/Property Manager to oversee lease administration and portfolio activities for one of our key client accounts. Based at 1 O’Connell Street, Sydney, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing a portfolio of expenditure and revenue leases on behalf of our client as lessor and lessee. The role works in close collaboration with our facilities management and finance teams supporting business operations, strategic initiatives, and ensuring compliance across the integrated portfolio.Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Oversee lease data accuracy and database integrity for your portfolio
Complete annual budgets for your portfolio and assist the team in the broader budget preparation
Manage all system data changes, abstract reviews, and reconciliation approvals in a timely and accurate manner
Support invoice and revenue management, including rent rolls, payments, arrears and variances
Conduct quality reviews across lease obligations, compliance certificates, and reporting
Work collaboratively with both internal teams, clients and external stakeholders
Facilitate building committee meetings and ensure Green Lease compliance
Analyse portfolio expenditure, identify savings, and provide market benchmarks
Requirements
3+ years’ experience in lease/property management or commercial real estate
Strong grasp of property databases and reporting systems
Familiarity with AASB16 lease standards and financial reconciliations
Ability to interpret lease documentation and ensure stakeholder compliance
Exceptional attention to detail with solid analytical and problem-solving skills
Customer-centric mindset and experience managing diverse internal/external relationships
