Job Description Summary
Job Summary:
The Lease Coordinator plays a key support role within the lease administration team, ensuring the smooth handling of lease-related documentation and processes. This position is responsible for managing document workflows, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring timely and accurate landlord payments. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a foundational understanding of commercial real estate or lease administration. Prior experience in a similar environment is preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage a high-volume email inbox to support team and ensure timely task execution
2. Coordinate with internal teams to manage and assign lease documents for abstraction and compile additional documentation from landlords and transaction managers
3. Assist with vendor setup and ensure timely and accurate landlord payments
4. Support team members with special projects and ad hoc requests
5. Utilize CoStar Real Estate Manager to manage building setups, lease terminations, and natural expirations
6. Partner with the risk team to organize annual and ad hoc updates of Certificates of Insurance (COIs).
7. Collaborate with the facilities team to manage correspondence between lease administrators and landlords
Qualifications:
1. Strong organizational and communication skills
2. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
3. Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
4. Familiarity with lease administration or commercial real estate is a plus
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $18.80 - $22.12
