THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly technical and analytically minded Learning Systems Analytics Manager to architect, optimize, and sustain the data infrastructure behind our global learning ecosystem.
This role goes far beyond content management — our LMS is a mission-critical enterprise platform supporting a fast-moving, highly collaborative global organization. We are looking for someone who can effectively bridge IT, HR, and Learning Operations while ensuring seamless system performance and an exceptional end-user experience.
You will ensure the accuracy and integrity of people data across systems, manage complex API integrations, and bring automation and efficiency to LMS workflows that support employees across multiple business lines and locations.
The ideal candidate thrives where data meets collaboration and service delivery — fluent in spreadsheets, comfortable writing, and testing APIs, and energized by solving problems in a dynamic environment where priorities evolve and teams work closely together.
This role is highly cross-functional and requires someone who is responsive, communicative, and comfortable operating in a team environment with frequent interaction across HR, IT, Compliance, and Learning stakeholders.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a builder’s mindset and proactively improves systems, processes, and data flows.
- Enjoys connecting data across platforms including Workday, Litmos, and other enterprise systems.
- Is comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where solutions are often built collaboratively rather than following rigid playbooks.
- Demonstrates strong ownership while remaining highly collaborative and accessible to stakeholders and team members throughout the workday.
- Brings a service-oriented mindset, understanding this role directly supports employees and leaders globally.
- Communicates proactively and works well within teams that collaborate frequently to solve problems and deliver projects.
- Is adaptable, open to innovative ideas, and comfortable improving existing processes rather than relying solely on previous ways of working.
- Loves data structure, detail, and automation — and can turn complex reporting into actionable insights.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
System Integrations & Technical Operations
- Own and manage API integrations between the LMS (SAP Litmos, Workday Learning or similar) and enterprise systems (Workday, SSO/IdP, HRIS, CRM).
- Build, monitor, and troubleshoot data feeds (SFTP, API endpoints, flat-file transfers) to ensure accurate user provisioning and real-time updates.
- Map and manage people data fields critical for training assignments and compliance reporting.
- Validate and debug SCORM/xAPI/Tin Can course packages across devices and browsers.
- Oversee single sign-on (SSO) configuration, access management, and identity governance.
- Serve as the primary technical liaison with LMS vendors, managing upgrades, testing releases, and incident resolution.
- Implement automations that reduce manual administrative work and improve system reliability.
Data, Reporting & Analytics
- Develop dashboards and reporting using Power BI, SQL, or LMS analytics tools.
- Perform data validation and root-cause analysis on anomalies or failed integrations.
- Deliver actionable insights to HR, IT, Compliance, and leadership teams.
- Support data governance and compliance with privacy and regulatory requirements.
- Translate complex technical data into clear insights for cross-functional stakeholders.
LMS Infrastructure & Diagnostics
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify issues before they impact users.
- Conduct regression testing following releases or system updates.
- Maintain system documentation, SOPs, and architecture diagrams.
Stakeholder Partnership & End-User Support
- Provide Tier 2/Tier 3 technical support for LMS-related issues requiring advanced troubleshooting.
- Partner closely with HR, IT Security, Compliance, and global business stakeholders.
- Support a collaborative service model where responsiveness and communication are critical to operational success.
- Conduct technical onboarding and knowledge-sharing sessions for administrators and SMEs.
- Participate in regular team collaboration and project discussions to support enterprise learning initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- 4+ years of LMS administration or enterprise system management experience, with a strong technical focus.
- Strong hands-on expertise with SCORM/xAPI troubleshooting, APIs, and HRIS/LMS integrations.
- Hands-on experience with APIs, system integrations, and data feeds (JSON, REST, XML, SFTP).
- Proficiency with Power BI, SQL, or advanced Excel for data visualization and reporting.
- Familiarity with identity management and SSO/IdP platforms (Azure AD, Okta, Ping).
- Demonstrated experience resolving complex system errors and data anomalies.
Preferred
- Experience with SAP Litmos (or similar enterprise LMS).
- Knowledge of automation tools (Power Automate, or similar).
- Exposure to cloud platforms and IT infrastructure (Azure, AWS).
- Familiarity with compliance training at a global scale (GDPR, US data privacy, union agreements).
- Ability to communicate technical details clearly to both IT and non-technical stakeholders.
KEY QUALITIES WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Genuine Passion for Serving Others
- Collaborative and Team-Oriented
- Flexible and Adaptable in Changing Situations
- Clear and Effective Communication
- Dedicated to Creating a Great Guest Experience
- Proactive Problem Solver
- Strong Attention to Details
- Patience and Understanding for All People
