Job Summary

Responsible for leading the development and implementation of learning and skill frameworks aligned with organizational and career development goals. Designs and delivers digital learning solutions across e-learning, microlearning, onsite, and blended formats. Partners closely with business units to address learning challenges and strengthen L&D effectiveness. Leverages digital tools, AI, cloud platforms, and data analytics to enhance learning efficiency and personalize learning pathways, while building strong networks with business leaders, subject matter experts, and external partners.

Job Description

1. Supervising the development of skill & career framework to help AIS transforming into skill-based organization and develop learning agility culture.

2. Planning, design and develop effective and efficient digital learning paths and learning modules.

3. Create a strong partner with internal business units to address L&D challenges

4. Initiating the utilization of digital tools and AI to enhance L&D deliveries 

5. Develop and maintain a strong networks with partners, vendors, trainers, coaches, mentors, and other subject matter experts to help streamline AIS goals
