As the Learning Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for conducting learning and performance needs analysis, designing user-centred blended curriculum, and implementing future-oriented instructional strategies. Your expertise will contribute to promoting workplace learning, fostering learning-to-learn capabilities, and ensuring the development of high-quality, user-centric learning resources.
- Learning and Performance Needs Analysis: Collaborate with intended learners and key stakeholders to conduct thorough learning and performance needs analyses. Identify gaps in skills and knowledge and determine authentic learning needs within a corporate context.
- Curriculum Design: Develop user-centred, blended curriculum that aligns with authentic learning and performance needs. Design courses that promote workplace learning and enhance learning-to-learn capabilities.
- Instructional Strategy Development: Design future-oriented instructional strategies that incorporate innovative and effective learning methodologies. Implement pedagogical approaches that support learning within and across various modes, including in-person and online environments.
- Learning Resource Development: Develop user-centric learning resources, including multimedia elements, interactive modules, and engaging content. Ensure alignment with learning objectives and promote an effective and enjoyable learning experience.
- Assessment Design: Design and develop assessments that measure the attainment of learning outcomes. Implement formative and summative assessments to promote ongoing learning and measure overall course effectiveness.
- Reflexive Disposition: Adopt a reflexive disposition in pursuit of continuous professional development. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in instructional design.
- Generative AI Adoption: Utilize Generative AI tools to create and/or enhance curriculum and content development. Explore innovative ways to incorporate AI-driven elements into instructional design processes.
- Product Portfolio Management. Manage and curate SIMA's product catalog such that the product portfolio serves the needs of the market.
- Partner Management. Work with SIMA CEO to manage and curate a list of domain partners to help us obtain industry expertise.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in education, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in product management, program development, or related roles in the Continuous Education and Training sector, with a focus on adult learners.
- Strong understanding of the adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and emerging trends in Continuous Education and Training.
- Familiarity with funding regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and quality assurance processes in the continuous education and training sector is desirable.
- Certification in ACTA/ACLP is required.
- Certification in DACE/DDDLP preferred.
- Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset, analytical prowess, and the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.
- Results-oriented with a focus on driving performance, innovation, and continuous improvement in product portfolio management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects, cross-functional teams, and stakeholder relationships in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools; experience with learning management systems (LMS) and digital content platforms is a plus.
- Ability to work in an agile environment.
