The Learning & People Development Analyst supports the effective management of learning and development processes by handling financial administration, including order creation, invoice checks, cost allocation, and reporting. The role also involves maintaining and analyzing employee survey data, ensuring compliance and contributing to process improvements and the coordination of training activities.
Checking invoices and ensuring correct documentation
Creating orders and allocating costs to other company departments
Handling accruals
Creating and presenting financial reports and analyses
Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and internal guidelines
Maintaining, processing and analyzing the global employee survey
Identifying and implementing process improvements
Organize and coordinate training agenda
The minimum base salary is 1700 EUR and can be higher depending on the skills and experience of the candidate.
Completed studies in finance, business administration, or a comparable qualification
Professional experience in financial accounting or invoice verification
Solid knowledge in handling ERP systems and MS Office
SAP/Ariba knowledge is of advantage
Analytical thinking and strong numerical skills
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
Independent and structured working style
Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
