The Managed Services Learning and Operations Support Specialist is responsible for supporting learning and operational enablement across a high-volume, multi-role service environment. This role combines training program ownership, content and documentation governance, and operational support to ensure employees are equipped to deliver consistent, high-quality customer experiences. The Specialist partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in training effectiveness, process execution, and knowledge management, while supporting key operational systems and communication channels.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in West Virginia is $68,200.00–$102,250.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
