Learning Management System Administrator

Location: This is an on-site position located in Pearland, TX.

The purpose of this role is to provide system maintenance (e.g. data entry, creation and updates to training items, curriculum, etc.) for the Learning Management System in Houston, supporting technical and GMP training. The Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator must understand and promote a GMP mindset and behaviors that drive a quality culture, while collaborating with key stakeholders in Quality Assurance and Operational Excellence.

Compensation for this role will be determined by the candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and relevant knowledge.

What you will do:

  • Responds to System Administration Training Initiative requests according to a published timeline, using system knowledge of LMS, independent troubleshooting experience, and knowledge of the GMP training process to meet expectations for quality and task completion.

  • Provides Learning Management System (LMS) administrative data entry support.

  • Maintains training files and documents within Learning Management System (LMS) and paper files.

  • Sorts, copies and files training records, and conducts audits of training files as needed. Organizes, segregates and assists in the archiving of training files.

  • Assists in the preparation of training material and coordination of trainings.

  • Provides support for internal/external audits/and inspections including providing training reports.

  • Achieve expectations for the quality execution of work tasks.

What we are looking for:

  • Proficiency in computer software applications including Microsoft Office Word, Access and Excel.

  • Filing, organization, record keeping and planning skills.

  • Ability to multitask and sense of urgency a must.

  • High School diploma.
