JOB DESCRIPTION:
MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE/ Nguyên nhân hình thành vị trí:
To design learning journey, implement, and continuously improve learning programs that build commercial capabilities across channels (Ethical, Trade, Emerging Channel ect.), ensuring alignment with global standards and business objectives.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES/ Các trách nhiệm chính
Learning Architecture & Design
- Conduct comprehensive needs analysis to identify current development gaps for diverse commercial roles and future-ready skillsets; integrate findings with the global framework (ASPIRE) to systemize and streamline the ANI Vietnam Skills Framework.
- Architect end-to-end learning journeys that build long-term sales and commercial capabilities aligned with business priorities across all channels and ANI skills framework.
- Map learner personas and design engaging experiences that maximize retention and application.
- Recommend targeted development interventions such as Sales Schools, structured role-play, and in-field coaching to ensure relevance and measurable impact.
- Embed compliance checkpoints to meet healthcare and nutrition industry standards.
Program Management
- Orchestrate end-to-end execution of training programs from TNA, define structure of content design, training delivery approach across multiple formats (in-class, virtual, blended).
- Define application format and assessment framework to measure learning effectiveness and ensure transfer of skills to capabilities.
- Coordinate with Content & Design Hub to ensure seamless LMS integration and timely delivery of all interventions.
Training Excellence
- Define and track KPIs and ROI metrics to measure training effectiveness and business impact.
- Analyze performance data to uncover gaps and recommend targeted interventions to close gaps and continuously optimize learning strategies.
- Provide actionable insights to leadership for capability-building decisions.
Digital Solution
- Identify and champion innovative digital learning technologies (e.g., LMS enhancements, gamification, AI-driven coaching).
- Pilot and implement new solutions in collaboration with content designers and training teams.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends and recommend adoption strategies that enhance learner experience and scalability
Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as the bridge between strategy and execution from content design to delivery & operations
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment
- Communicate program outcomes and impact to leadership
