OVERVIEW:
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning needs and develop experiences that addresses those needs.
Design and develop interactive learning experiences using a variety of multimedia tools and platforms and create and maintain documentation for learning experiences, ensuring learning content aligns with DICK'S Sporting Goods brand and culture.
Apply UX design principles to create intuitive and user-friendly learning interfaces and integrate AI-driven solutions to personalize learning experiences and improve learner outcomes.
Evaluate the effectiveness of learning experiences through data analysis and learner feedback.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in instructional design and learning development.
Act as a learning administrator of the Learning Management System, including loading and testing learning objects in the LMS.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Instructional Technology
3-5 years experience
Proficiency in using modern authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, and Lectora.
Strong understanding of UX design principles and experience in applying them to learning solutions.
Experience with AI-driven learning platforms and tools.
Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and experience in managing LMS platforms.
Familiarity with multimedia production, including video editing, graphic design, and animation.
Experience in conducting learning needs analysis and evaluating training effectiveness.
