We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Specialist to design, deliver and continuously improve learning solutions that build capability and support our business strategy. Working closely with leaders, HR Business Partners and key stakeholders, you will translate organisational needs into practical, engaging learning programs that support performance, career development and compliance.

Tasks and Qualifications:

Your responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver learning programs aligned to business priorities, including leadership, performance coaching, compliance, DEI and WHS.

  • Partner with leaders and HR Business Partners to identify capability needs, skills gaps and development opportunities.

  • Support career pathing, performance review outcomes and coaching initiatives.

  • Manage learning systems (Workday Learning), training records and reporting.

  • Develop engaging digital learning content and evaluate learning effectiveness.

  • Coordinate with internal trainers and external providers, including apprenticeships and traineeships.

  • Support learning governance, compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements for success:

  • Qualifications in Learning or a HR related discipline is desireable.

  • Cert IV in Training & Assessment is desireable.

  • Experience in a Learning & Development or capability role.

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

  • Hands on experience with learning systems (Workday desirable).

  • Ability to translate business needs into practical learning solutions.

  • A proactive, organised approach with a continuous improvement mindset.
