We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Learning & Development Specialist to support our learning and development initiatives and grow together with the L&D function.
In this role, you will contribute to the coordination and delivery of learning programs while developing hands-on experience in corporate learning, training operations, and employee development.
This position is ideal for someone with initial L&D or HR experience who is eager to deepen their expertise and grow in a fast-paced, international environment.
Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of learning and development programs, including onboarding, internal training sessions, and upskilling initiatives
- Assist in creating and updating learning materials such as presentations, guides, training agendas, and supporting documentation
- Coordinate training logistics: scheduling sessions, managing calendars, communicating with participants, and tracking attendance
- Support LMS administration: uploading content, assigning courses, and monitoring completion and participation rates
- Collect, structure, and analyse feedback from training participants
- Collaborate with HR, team leads, and senior L&D specialists to support identified learning needs
- Maintain learning documentation, internal knowledge bases, and training records
- Assist in organising workshops, webinars, and internal learning events
- Support continuous improvement of learning processes, tools, and materials
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in Learning & Development, HR, Training, Education, or a related field
- Strong interest in employee development and corporate learning processes
- Basic understanding of onboarding, training delivery, e-learning, or blended learning formats
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with different stakeholders
- Comfortable working with digital tools (Google Workspace, PowerPoint/Slides, LMS platforms — basic level is sufficient)
- Willingness to learn, take ownership of tasks, and grow professionally
- English level: Intermediate or Upper-Intermediate
