Learning & Development Program Lead

We are looking for a Learning & Development Program Lead to join the growing team on a permanent, full time basis.

As the Learning & Development Program Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering Elders’ learning strategy. You’ll design, coordinate, and implement programs that enhance capability, strengthen leadership, and support a culture of continuous improvement and engagement across the business. Working closely with leaders and teams, you will ensure learning initiatives align with Elders’ strategic priorities and values while driving measurable growth in performance and professional development.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of Learning & Development programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and operational requirements.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to support the successful execution of programs, including Sales, Leadership, Retail, and Technical Academies.
  • Coordinate all aspects of program administration, including scheduling, logistics, communications, enrolments, and reporting.
  • Oversee the design, development, and deployment of learning content in collaboration with internal subject matter experts and external providers.
  • Implement evaluation frameworks to measure program effectiveness, learner engagement, and business impact, using insights to inform continuous improvement.
  • Leverage Workday, our HR Information System, to manage, track, and report on learning activities, program participation, and completion rates.
  • Generate and analyse learning reports and dashboards in Workday to monitor program performance and inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Learning Specialist to integrate innovative learning technologies and platforms that enhance learner engagement and accessibility.

  • Strong communicator who can engage and influence at all levels of the organisation.
  • Highly organised, with excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure learning outcomes and drive improvement.
  • Passionate about people development and fostering a positive, values-driven culture.
  • Adaptable and proactive, with a commitment to collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
