We are looking for a motivated Learning & Development (Bilingual) Specialist to support our team in delivering effective training and development programs. This entry-level role is perfect for someone eager to grow their expertise in project management, knowledge management, data and analytics, adult learning principles, instructional design, and learning technologies.
We Will Count on You To (Examples Include but Are Not Limited To):
- Assist in coordinating training sessions and managing project timelines.
- Support data collection, analysis, and reporting of learning metrics.
- Help organize and maintain learning content and knowledge resources.
- Contribute to the integration of AI and emerging learning technologies.
- Collaborate with diverse, global teams to ensure smooth communication and project execution.
- Proactively support team goals and continuous learning initiatives.
What You Need to Have:
- Relevant experience (3-5 years) in project management, learning and development, or educational/learning program management
- Confidence in engaging with stakeholders at various organizational levels
- Strong strategic and execution skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to influence and guide multiple stakeholders, including managers, directors, and business leaders.
- Proven ability to lead and manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously, with flexibility to be both strategic and hands-on as needed
- Familiarity with learning management systems (e.g., Degreed) aimed at enhancing performance.
- Analytical skills to monitor training completions, measure outcomes, and provide data insights to stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English.
