Iron Mountain is seeking a creative and motivated Learning and Design Specialist to join our Sales Enablement Learning and Development team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating compelling sales enablement content and training resources that drive talent development across our go-to-market teams. You will join a fast-paced team of instructional designers and enablement professionals dedicated to improving the quality of customer interactions through innovative learning methodologies.

What You’ll Do (Core Responsibilities)

In this role, you will:

  • Design and deliver diverse learning content, including e-learning, video, and classroom materials, to enhance sales skills and improve customer outcomes.

  • Collaborate with instructional designers and key stakeholders to conduct needs analyses and develop consistent, clear training curricula across various customer segments.

  • Evaluate and assess training impact by applying instructional design theories to ensure all materials meet organisational standards and business objectives.

What You’ll Bring (Skills & Experience)

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Several years of experience as a corporate training specialist, in sales enablement, or a related instructional design role.

  • Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies and the latest corporate training techniques to create engaging learning environments.

  • Proven ability in storytelling and project management, translating complex information into creative training while meeting strict deadlines.

  • Demonstrated computer proficiency in Google Programs and familiarity with online training portals or Learning Management Systems.
