The Role
The learning consultant is responsible for end to end advice and support on all learning programs and strategies for their clients. This role will support practice leader and specific technology area with identifying skill gaps and designing effective learning solutions to close the gaps. They serve as the sole point of contact to build and execute learning programs.
Key Responsibilities
Multi-Team Collaboration: Works with the practices, provides coaching, and aligns with strategic priorities of internal clients
Strategic Analysis: Anticipates trends (Agentic AI, gamification), assesses opportunities, and develops solutions for practice innovation. Brings insights and other experiences to the clients to constantly improve the learning effectiveness and experience that lead to skill development
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborates with management and cross-functional teams; builds relationships with skill leaders. Builds and grows network amongst practitioners/users to get first hand feedback on learning solutions.
Project Delivery: Owns success of projects, including scaling learning plans and AI-driven initiatives.
Portfolio & Partners Maintains practice portfolio and vendor relationships.
