About the role
St Vincent’s Private Hospital Sydney is seeking an experienced and values‑driven Learning & Development Manager to lead strategic workforce planning, education delivery and capability development across our hospital.
This pivotal leadership role is responsible for shaping and delivering innovative workforce, learning and development strategies that support safe, high‑quality, patient‑centred care. Working closely with clinical leaders, education teams and external partners, you will ensure our workforce is skilled, engaged and future‑ready in a rapidly evolving healthcare environment. This role ensures the workforce, career and training pathways are flexible to the everchanging and evolving healthcare environment and ensures that SVPHS is an innovative leader in the industry. This role will also oversee the recruitment and integration of New Graduate Programs and TSP Program.
