Position Summary:

The Learning Administration Coordinator is responsible for the entire lifecycle of Gordon Food Service digital learning content, from loading and testing to deployment and maintenance. This role serves as the primary contact for our external training vendors, ensuring a seamless training experience for employees.

What you will do:

  • Loads, configures, and tests all learning content within Workday Learning, including SCORM, and video formats.

  • Conducts regular audits of the course catalog to ensure accuracy, functionality, and relevance of our learning materials.

  • Troubleshoots and resolves technical issues related to course functionality and user access within the LMS.

  • Creates and manages learning audiences to ensure targeted and effective delivery of training materials.

  • Develops and executes learning campaigns to promote new courses and learning initiatives.

  • Acts as the primary point of contact for all third-party training vendors and coordinates the integration of vendor-provided training content into Workday Learning.

  • Collaborates with training vendor to ensure high-quality service and content.

  • Generates reports on learning activity, course completion, and user engagement.

  • Provides support to employees and managers on navigating Workday Learning and accessing training.

  • Develops and maintains user-facing documentation, job aids, and FAQs to empower employees to find answers independently.

  • Provides initial support for incoming user inquiries and issues related to Workday, resolving common problems and answering "how-to" questions.

  • Escalates complex system issues to the appropriate analyst or technical team when necessary.

  • As a key member of our team, you'll have opportunities to contribute to other projects as our learning initiatives evolve.

When you will work: 

  • Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm. 

  • Hybrid Work Schedule: 4 days in office, 1 day from home.

What you bring to the table:

  • One or more years of experience in human resources or a related field.

  • High School diploma or Associate’s degree (or equivalent) required.

  • Experience administering HRIS/LMS (e.g., Workday) is preferred.
