Are you passionate about driving operational excellence and building a culture of continuous improvement? We’re looking for a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt to shape and lead our global Lean Six Sigma strategy, develop future talent, and deliver impactful business results.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead strategic L6S projects across the business and ensure effective use of Lean Six Sigma and structured problem-solving tools.
  • Develop and mentor the L6S community—coaching Yellow, Green, and Black Belts, preparing them for certification, and building a strong pipeline of CI talent.
  • Create a strong Lean culture, promoting best practices, knowledge sharing, and consistent ways of working.
  • Drive business impact by improving processes, reducing costs, enhancing performance metrics, and supporting functional goals.
  • Promote safety and risk awareness, ensuring HSE considerations are embedded in all CI activities.
  • Influence leaders and stakeholders, helping shape priorities, allocate resources, and drive behavioral change.
  • Provide subject matter expertise, offering guidance on data analysis, methodologies, and new tools.
  • Develop global training materials and deliver L6S programs across the organization.

What You Bring

  • Engineering degree or equivalent
  • Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification
  • Deep experience in Performance Management, Analytics, and Continuous Improvement
  • Strong cross-functional understanding and ability to influence at all levels
  • Excellent coaching, communication, and change leadership skills
