Lead, Workplace Experience (for Workplace Change Strategy)

Who you’ll be working with:

If you have a strong background in IT, computer science, or software engineering, and are analytical, technologically savvy, solutions and process-focused, then the Technology & Operations team may be for you!

 

You will be responsible for the following:

 

  • Set priorities and technical direction for change management activities across the portfolio, ensuring alignment with overall Workplace Experience strategy and business objectives.

  • Define and execute a structured change strategy and plan (stakeholder mapping, change impacts, readiness, communications, training, adoption, and reinforcement) for work tools, tech support, IAM, and AI changes.

  • Perform change impact assessments and readiness checks; translate findings into targeted interventions for different personas (end users, support teams, approvers, and leaders).

  • Exercise sound judgment to proactively identify, assess, and resolve complex or ambiguous change-related problems and escalations, mitigating risks to adoption and business continuity.

  • Build and run the communications plan (cadence, channels, artifacts, FAQs); ensure messaging is simple, timely, and aligned with leadership narratives.

 

We’re looking for:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree holder of any computer related course. With 3-5 years of experience in change management or adjacent roles (e.g., program management, IT service management, enablement) within enterprise technology environments.

  • Demonstrated delivery of change for at least two of the following: employee work tools, IT support/ITSM processes, IAM (e.g., access models, MFA/SSO, access reviews), or enterprise AI enablement.

  • Familiarity with structured change approaches (e.g., ADKAR-style methods), ITIL-aligned service operations, and basic governance for risk and compliance.

  • Change management (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR, ACMP-aligned training), IT service management (e.g., ITIL 4 Foundation), Project/program management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2 Foundation/Practitioner) certifications a plus.
