About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

Are you passionate about storytelling and helping people through video? Do you thrive in a dynamic, ever-evolving, and highly collaborative environment? Do you dream in keyframes and see the world in LUTs? If so, we want you to join our Customer Success Creative Team as a Senior Video Creator!

Our team operates like an in-house creative agency, producing top-tier video content that educates, engages, and empowers our customers. From how-to and troubleshooting to documentary, marketing and social-style videos, we create a wide variety of content that supports and enhances the Salesforce customer experience.

We’re looking for someone who is not just a video editor, but a video innovator, someone who knows how to make content clear, engaging, and helpful like a friend guiding a customer through a tricky problem or getting them hyped about adopting something new. Someone who owns their space, constantly looks for ways to optimize post-production workflows, and stays ahead of the latest trends, including AI video tools. You’re a creative problem solver, a visual thinker, and a team player who thrives in collaboration with strategy, editorial, video, and design peers as well as stakeholders and subject matter experts.

If you have a deep understanding of video production and post-production and are excited about pushing creative boundaries, let’s talk!

  • Balance multiple priorities in a fast-evolving space, adapting quickly to shifting demands while maintaining creative excellence.

  • Push the boundaries of video innovation by experimenting with new formats, AI-enhanced workflows, and evolving best practices to keep Salesforce ahead in digital storytelling.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with editorial, video, and design teammates, as well as stakeholders and subject matter experts, to bring ideas to life and ensure business impact.

  • Bring a strong voice to the team, proactively refining processes, sharing insights, and helping shape how we work.

Minimum Requirements

  • Expertise in Video Post-Production – Skilled in media management, editing, color correction, motion graphics, and final output.

  • Strong on-set production skills, including the ability to set up and operate lighting, sound recording, and camera equipment for professional video capture.
