Overview
We are looking for a Lead UX Designer to support the UX team through designing and improving user experiences across Rogue’s ecommerce website, Rogue App, and other digital products. The Lead UX Designer translates customer insights and business goals into effective design solutions, and serves as a bridge between the UX team, the Creative Director, and business leadership, ensuring usability, consistency, and brand alignment across Rogue’s digital experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead UX design initiatives across Rogue’s ecommerce website, Rogue App, and other digital products

  • Collaborate with the Creative Director and other business leaders to create experiences that improve the user’s experience and achieve business goals

    • Coordinate with design, development, and other teams to understand user behavior, pain points, and opportunities for functional improvements

  • Guide the UX direction across multiple projects while supporting and mentoring members of the UX team

  • Use user-insights, analytics, best practices, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions and improve the overall user experience

  • Translate research, business requirements, and customer needs into UX deliverables such as user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and supporting documentation

  • Track team goals and project integration points while articulating UX problems, opportunities, and recommended solutions

  • Present UX concepts and recommendations to internal teams and leadership

  • Lead the creation of interactive prototypes and design solutions for internal review

  • Ensure consistency of UX patterns, design systems, and brand standards across web and mobile platforms

  • Maintain clear and organized UX documentation

  • Approach each project with a focus on the full user journey, considering both the broader system and the smallest details from the user’s perspective

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of UI/UX design experience working on web, mobile, or software applications

  • Demonstrated experience leading UX projects and guiding design direction across teams

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking and high-quality visual and interaction design

  • Experience translating customer insights, analytics, and business goals into effective UX solutions

  • Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms

  • Experience designing responsive web experiences and mobile applications (iOS and Android)

  • Strong understanding of UX methodologies, including user flows, information architecture, and prototyping

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas and design solutions to cross-functional teams and leadership

  • Passion for solving complex design problems and continuously improving digital user experiences

  • Personal background or strong interest in strength training is required, such as functional fitness, powerlifting, strongman, or related disciplines
