Why is the role important to us:

The Training Portfolio Manager plays a central role in structuring, governing, and continuously improving our global training offering. This role ensures that our training portfolio is professionally designed, strategically aligned, and built on solid educational principles. 

You will bring maturity and expertise in education management to elevate how we assess client learning needs, structure curricula, and manage our overall training catalogue. 

Working closely with internal teams, subject matter expert,  and client stakeholders, you will ensure that our training offering is coherent, scalable, and aligned with both business priorities and client capability development. 

What you will do:

  • Conduct structured and professional Training Needs Analyses (TNA) with clients to identify capability gaps and define measurable learning objectives 
  • Own and maintain the centralized database of learning objectives across the full training portfolio to enable structured curriculum development and personalized learning packages 
  • Design and continuously refine learning pathways and curriculum frameworks 
  • Maintain and regularly update the global training catalogue, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with product developments 
  • Organize and coordinate client webinars, knowledge-sharing sessions, and learning events in collaboration with internal experts 
  • Ensure training offerings reflect best practices in adult learning, instructional design principles, and measurable learning outcomes 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align training initiatives with strategic business priorities

What we value:

  • Extensive professional background in training, education management, learning & development, or curriculum design
  • Demonstrated experience conducting formal Training Needs Analyses in a structured and consultative manner
  • Experience managing learning portfolios, learning objective frameworks, or curriculum architectures 
  • Ability to translate business and functional requirements into structured and scalable learning journeys 
  • High level of professionalism and maturity in client-facing environments 
  • Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in English communication, able to convey information clearly in speech and writing
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a global, fast-paced environment 

Nice to have 

  • Experience within financial services or fintech 
  • Understanding of investment management workflows or financial systems 
  • Familiarity with learning management systems and digital learning tools 
  • Master’s degree in Education, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or a related field

Working arrangement:

  • Flexible APAC working hours (with few hours of overlap with EMEA timings)
  • Hybrid work arrangement - 2x/week
