ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Does (The tasks / responsibilities that the role performs to address requirements in Key Result Areas)
2. Oversee total area performance against targets set
3. Resolve or escalate issues raised from field operations or by head office counterparts
4. Craft and deliver prompt, detailed and accurate reports, which include mapping reports, escalation updates, and weekly performance
5. Ensure that trackers are updated on a regular basis
6. Craft coverage plan for the month for their respective area
7. Ensure merchant tools are fully functional and that GCash merchandise is clearly displayed
8. Validate new and non-transacting merchants declared by manpower
9. Manage third party agents in charge of on ground operations
10. Ensure that inventory of merchant tools and GCash merchandise is always at an acceptable level
11. Conduct regular huddles and training refreshers on field operations
12. Schedule regular work with sessions
Displays (The Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviors indicating how tasks / responsibilities will be performed)
1. Thorough knowledge of assigned area
2. Effective people management and training skills
3. Effective leadership skills to ensure targets and KPIs are met daily/ weekly/ monthly via manpower
4. Efficient time management skills
5. Ability to communicate effectively with customers, frontliners and team to ensure that the proper product information is cascaded
6. Delivers (The specific outputs / tangible results produced by the role; resources responsible for)
7. Regular Performance & Escalation reports/ Monitoring (end of day report, daily trackers, Monthly etc.)
8. Support needed by other groups for business operations, which may include field immersion, insighting activities, and on ground resolution
9. Detailed monthly coverage plan
10. Consistently hit targets set month on month
