Overview:
Corporate Solutions team is looking for a Lead Program Manager to join the team. We seek someone who can plan, organize, and lead Agile scrum teams across multiple initiatives & epics spanning across multiple programs. The ideal candidate has experience in software delivery, is passionate about the customer journey, can influence change, and can effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
Role:
· Drive end-to-end execution of multiple cross-functional initiatives and epics, ensuring alignment to committed timelines, delivery milestones, and quality outcomes
· Orchestrate program execution across teams by enabling alignment on plans, sequencing, and interdependencies
· Proactively identify, track, and manage risks, dependencies, and blockers across concurrent workstreams; ensure timely escalation and resolution
· Establish and run effective program governance mechanisms, including structured status reviews, risk tracking, and executive updates
· Stay hands-on with data to validate execution health, track key delivery and flow metrics, and highlight actionable insights and deviations
· Drive structured problem-solving and cross-team coordination to resolve complex delivery challenges
· Facilitate discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution to drive alignment and progress across stakeholders
· Ensure clear, concise, and consistent communication and documentation of status, risks, dependencies, and action items across all stakeholders
All About You:
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Computer
Science or comparable field
• Knowledge and demonstrated experience in the areas of planning and project
management
• Looking for up to 5 years of relevant experience in Project Management
• Some previous experience working on a large scale, multiple scrum team
projects
• Experience with agile project management methodology preferred
• Advanced communication skills required, including writing, listening and
verbal
• Strong leadership with a solid track record for building and maintaining
strong relationships
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Jira, with hands-on experience building and maintaining dashboards in EasyBI and/or Power BI
• Mentor and elevate TPM capability: Guide, coach, and upskill TPMs to drive consistent program execution, ownership, and delivery excellence across the team.
• Own data-driven program visibility: Design and build actionable dashboards (Jira / eazyBI / Power BI) to enable accurate tracking, insights, and informed decision-making.
