As part of the Mid Markets Tier 3 Edge specialists team, this role will serve as a pre-sales solutions specialist, supporting sales teams and opportunities in advanced networking solutions across SD-WAN and SASE technologies. The consultant will be responsible for technical enablement, solutioning, and demo support for platforms including VeloCloud, Cisco, Aruba/HPE and FatPipe.

What you’ll do:

• Technical Sales Support and Consulting: Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise during sales calls, presentations, and product demonstrations, ensuring accurate representation and support of AT&T solutions to drive connectivity and VAS revenue growth
• Solution Design, Implementation, and Troubleshooting: Design innovative technology solutions, oversee their implementation and integration, analyze and resolve technical issues to ensure system functionality according to specifications.

• Client Interaction and Custom Solutions: Position provides technical expertise in sales presentations, product demonstrations, and installation and maintenance of company products to ensure that the system is functioning according to specifications.
• Expertise and Continuous Improvement: Leverage in-depth knowledge of company products and industry expertise to optimize solutions, monitor performance, and stay updated with the latest trends and best practices. Requires seasoned in-depth knowledge of functional/process area and considered a subject matter expert
• Independent Work and Additional Support: Consultant is typically viewed as a mentor or coach. Should be comfortable with and confident in leading training calls, working with sales leadership, running sales calls, collaborating with others including project management, marketing and support teams

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired
• 5+ years of related experience
• Certification is required in some areas

Our Lead Technical Consultant 1 earns between $116,700 - $175,100. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
