As our Lead Technical Product Manager, you will be at the forefront of innovation, guiding the vision and execution of cutting-edge wireless and broadband billing products. What You’ll Do

• Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for wireless and broadband billing solutions.

• Transform business ideas and requirements into clear, prioritized features and actionable user stories.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including business stakeholders, IT, and engineering—to deliver high-impact solutions.

• Lead SAFe Agile ceremonies and foster alignment across teams to ensure timely, high-quality product delivery.

• Build and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and communication bridge.

• Analyze industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies to inform and evolve product direction.

• Leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) to enhance product capabilities and streamline decision-making.

• Continuously gather feedback, monitor performance metrics, and refine product features to drive ongoing improvement.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).

• 5+ years of product management experience in telecom, with a focus on wireless and broadband billing systems.

• Deep domain expertise in telecom billing processes, revenue assurance, charging, invoicing, and regulatory requirements.

• Proven ability to lead within SAFe Agile frameworks; SAFe certification highly desirable.

• Strong relationship-building skills with both business and technical stakeholders.

• Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, adept at conveying complex ideas to diverse audiences.

• Demonstrated experience translating business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories.

Our Lead Tech Product Mgr, earns between $143,800-$215,800 USD Annual , Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
