As our Lead Technical Product Manager, you will be at the forefront of innovation, guiding the vision and execution of cutting-edge wireless and broadband billing products. What You’ll Do
Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for wireless and broadband billing solutions.
Transform business ideas and requirements into clear, prioritized features and actionable user stories.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including business stakeholders, IT, and engineering—to deliver high-impact solutions.
Lead SAFe Agile ceremonies and foster alignment across teams to ensure timely, high-quality product delivery.
Build and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and communication bridge.
Analyze industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies to inform and evolve product direction.
Leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) to enhance product capabilities and streamline decision-making.
Continuously gather feedback, monitor performance metrics, and refine product features to drive ongoing improvement.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).
5+ years of product management experience in telecom, with a focus on wireless and broadband billing systems.
Deep domain expertise in telecom billing processes, revenue assurance, charging, invoicing, and regulatory requirements.
Proven ability to lead within SAFe Agile frameworks; SAFe certification highly desirable.
Strong relationship-building skills with both business and technical stakeholders.
Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, adept at conveying complex ideas to diverse audiences.
Demonstrated experience translating business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
Our Lead Tech Product Mgr, earns between $143,800-$215,800 USD Annual , Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
