Job Description Summary

Lead the development, sustainment, and stewardship of an enterprise approach to succession planning, performance management, goal setting, and executive transitions. Ensure talent strategies support both the business and the people who drive it — connecting individual growth to organizational success.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the enterprise succession planning strategy, ensuring leadership readiness, bench strength, and business continuity across critical roles.
  • Design and govern the firm’s talent review framework, integrating succession, leadership development, and performance insights into a cohesive enterprise process.
  • Partner with senior leaders and HR Business Partners to identify high-potential talent, assess critical roles, and shape development strategies aligned to business priorities.
  • Deliver and evolve performance management processes that promote consistency, equity, continuous feedback, and a culture of high performance.
  • Enable leaders and managers with tools, insights, and capability-building support to conduct effective performance, development, and goal-setting conversations.
  • Champion enterprise goal-setting alignment, ensuring individual and team goals are clearly linked to strategic objectives and measurable outcomes.
  • Provide data-driven insights and dashboards that inform talent decisions, highlight risks, and support leadership and board-level discussions.
  • Partner across HR and Communications to ensure seamless onboarding, assimilation, and continuity of leadership and culture.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior HR leadership, contributing to enterprise talent strategy, future-state design, and integrated talent ecosystem development.
  • Collaborate with the HR Centers of Excellence to align talent programs, leverage best practices, and deliver a cohesive, enterprise-wide talent experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, psychology, or related field
  • Eight years of experience in talent management, organizational effectiveness or HR consulting, including expertise in succession planning, performance management, and leadership development
  • Ability to consult and influence senior leaders with data-driven insights and sound judgment
  • Advanced facilitation, change management, and project leadership skills
  • Deep commitment to confidentiality, integrity, and inclusivity in all aspects of work
  • Proficiency using MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

  • Occasional travel to consult and partner with leadership
